umm I usually do turbo fire or go running. But for toning up ow would definitely say Slim in 6. It’s pretty good :)

hi!:) i am a gymnast and i train 3 times a week for 3 hours each. Plus i run everyday for 30 minutes, do 20 minutes of strength training, and stretch for 10 minutes each day. Sometimes I rest on sundays but even on the days that I go to gymnastics I still run, do strength training, and stretch. I was wondering, how many calories should i eat a day? PS i am not trying to lose weight i am at a healthy weight. and also do you know what foods are good for competieve gymnasts? thanks :)
Hi seeing as I am not a nutritionist or a doctor I can’t tell you what you should be eating. But seeing as how you’re a gymnast you should getting a pretty good intake since you burn a lot of calories. They say a 2,000 calorie diet plus lots of exercise is good to maintain weight.
